Should you miss the attempted delivery of your package, check if an 'Awaiting Collection' card has been left in your letterbox & arrange with your local postal service for redelivery or collection. If you do not arrange for redelivery or collection promptly, the parcel may be returned & you will be required to pay shipping costs again to resend. Once your tracking number has been supplied, your item has been dispatched & the shipping address cannot be changed.
